Patient Follow Up – With the approval of the patient, we track the patient for long-term outcomes and feed that data back to the provider and facility. Depending on the patients’ process, follow up contact could be monthly, quarterly, bi-annually or annually using one of several methods we have developed.
Patient Education & Marketing - Qualitee 360 can provide feedback, development support, and clinical and patient assessments of patient targeted marketing, and educational content.
